1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance. A contract is formed only when you receive the Shipping Confirmation.

• Stock unavailability (in which case we may ask you to re-submit your order or offer an alternative);

4. Prices, Fees, and Charges

1. Shipping fees do not cover Import Charges, which are your responsibility and must be paid to relevant authorities. In case of unpaid Import Charges resulting in the return of the parcel, you will receive a refund excluding the shipping fees. If the parcel is rejected by authorities and not promptly returned, the order will be deemed delivered without a refund or replacement.

5. Order Cancellation

1. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce an order before dispatch under the following circumstances:

6. Shipping and Warehouse Dispatch

1. Shipping and dispatch times are estimates, calculated in business days. Shipping times commence from the date of the Shipping Confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Products are considered delivered when scanned by the shipping or local transport provider. Risk transfers to you upon delivery unless otherwise specified. If delivery is delayed, the risk passes to you when delivery was expected. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels after risk has transferred.
2. In the event of a delivery address error on your part, we cannot process refunds or replacement products. Additionally, we cannot modify the shipping address after the Order Confirmation is issued.
3. If a shipping provider deems the delivery location unsafe, your parcel may be redirected or returned. If delivery is refused or delayed, we may charge storage fees and other costs, or cancel the contract and provide a refund minus applicable fee

1. If you have received a faulty product or an incorrect item (when correctly ordered), you may be entitled to a claim under our Manufacturer's Warranty or relevant Consumer Protection Laws. Claims may be declined if the fault is due to misuse or neglect. Retain the product for assessment.

10.2 Money Back Guarantee

1. We guarantee a minimum of 2 shades whiter with the Dentistsity Teeth Whitening Kit. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase and excludes future orders and shipping costs. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
