To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Electrical items must remain sealed or have their protective wrapping intact.

There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

• Items not in their original condition, with removed seals or protective wraps.
• Items that are damaged or missing parts, unless the issue was due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs, with recorded delivery being the preferred method. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.
